Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Methods: We work with logistics companies such as Yanwen to deliver parcels to your country’s port. Then, depending on the post office in your country, DHL, FEDEX or other logistics companies may be responsible for delivering the parcel to you.

  2. Delivery Time: Usually the whole process takes 8-15 working days. After we confirm your order, we will prepare your parcel in 2-3 working days, then the parcel will be picked up by the logistics company and start to transfer the parcel from their processing centre to your country, after that it will be sent to you by your local post office.
  3. Order Tracking: After we send the package to the logistics company, we will mark your order as shipped at the same time and the tracking number will be emailed to you. You can track your package information through Track My Order or 17TRACK . There are times when these websites do not provide up-to-date logistics information, and this is when you can always contact us and we can check the latest logistics information for your package through the logistics company.
  4. International Shipping: We handle parcels from all over the world and you can usually order direct. However, there may be additional circumstances, such as some remote countries we can not handle your parcel; some remote areas may require additional shipping costs, then we will contact you by email, otherwise your parcel will be sent by us directly to your hands.
